Upon first inspection of the caddy and roll holder, I was impressed with the sturdy wooden caddy and well-crafted metal roll holder. However, upon attempting to attach the roll holder to one of the caddy sides, I noticed that the pilot holes for the screws were misaligned by 3mm. This resulted in the roll holder being visibly crooked, which was disappointing. I have decided to use it in an area that is not visible, as I do not find it aesthetically pleasing. While I would not purchase this product again, it is still functional and I have chosen not to return it as the cost of it being returned back would exceed its value to the company. If it had been completely unusable, I would not have hesitated to return it.
